Owner operator trucks must be in good shape and pass minimum standard inspection. A minimum of two years driving experience and a clean driving record are a must. At all times, drivers will deliver to customers in a prompt, safe, professional, and courteous manner.
Requirements:
• Valid CDL• Valid vehicle registration (Owner Operators only)
• Safety inspection documentation (Owner Operators only)
• A verifiable clean driving record and good work history
• 21 years of age or older
• Two years driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of Tri-State area
• Successful DOT drug screen
• Nationwide cell phone (Owner Operators only)
• Positive Attitude
Drivers must be able to:
• Block, brace and tie down cargo• Speak and read English well enough to do his or her job and respond to official questions.
• Determine whether the vehicle is safely loaded.
PD&S requires all drivers to complete the appropriate paperwork including pick up and delivery times as well as proof of delivery with a legible name and signature. All paperwork must be turned in on a timely basis.
